I cannot believe that half the year is gone already. I was reading blogs that we all posted@  the beginning of 2009. Now that the first half is gone it is time to reflect for just a moment.  My commitment to fitness needs improvement. I mut admit I have been a little nervous putting a post.
TEAM MO has given me info that has beeen priceless and you good people are always giving such good advice. Before you know it 2010 will be right !@ the door. Iam learnng that a commitment to health is a daily renewal
I just picked up a copyof TIME magazine what caught my attention was the title "How To Stay Out Of The Hospital". AS I read the article my mind went to Mo,s website, why you ask ? Because Mo has been telling us this all along, I want back my 4 bucks I paid for that magazine ! (yikes) If only people would listen how better off would we be ? I hope every team member is doing well with their fitness plan and ha not given up.
Our health really does matter. Please forgive my cosmic approach but we all have a purpose in life and we all have dreams and plans and as time allows we can help someone with their dreams. So if we are not healthy and do not take care of ourselves we may not die but are dreams will be put on hold.
TIME magazine gave some good tips on each age group and what they should do, I believe that knowledge is power only if we use it other wise it will be just a well written article
OK TEAM MO we have 6months to go keep up the good work
