::Why are we our own worst critics?::
::Hello Team Mo. Hope you all are doing ok. I've been M.I.A for awhile. As I continue to work on my fitness I still wonder why I'm not all that happy with what I see when I look in the mirror. Even when people tell me that I have a "gym formed body" and compliment me, I don't really see what they see. I'm sure we all have this problem, atleast I think we all do. So why are we so hard on ourselves??::
P.S. Happy Sunday!

We See What You Do Not
First of all Ro welcome back it is a pleasure reading your blogs we know you been busy just like we all have but it is good to hear that your commitment to fitness has not taken a detour
Ok now to answer your question. The person who strives for perfection always seems to be their own toughest critic, try not to be so hard on yourself if you go back and look @ your previous blogs you will see how far you have come You know we here @ TEAM MO are proud of you Being hard on ourselves sometimes is not easy to get away from
Being human we sometimes do not seem to be @ ease with our accomplishments while their is always room for improvement make sure you leave enough room to be proud of yourself
Your work @ the gym is to be commended the compliments you are getting is a sign that you are doing something right . Stay inspired young lady and thanks for inspirimg us
We see what you do not see because we here @TEAM MO are not your critics but rather your supporters and even your cheerleaders
Thanks Ro for your kindness humor, and those blogs you may not realize this but your vision is 20/20
