When Is The Right Time To Do Crunches ?
On recent interview I saw Dr Ian Smith who was concern about infomercials that promise fast results when a certain area of the stomach is targeted.. He went on to say that when a person is over weight and does crunches they are building muscle over fat
The proper way to tone the abs he suggest is to do cardio first and weight training then when you have reached your desired weight then it will be the right time to tone your abs. Ok now for the Q and A session. Does Dr Smith have a valid point? I have been doing the ab workout that Mo has on her video post. Also while doing the excerise I feel it is effective
Am I doing the right thing ? Dr Smith also stated that when a person is overweight they cannot effectivily work the abs. I know that diet and excerise is a must but would it be a fair statement to say that there is to much information out there ?
