::RUNNING UPDATE::
::So this is my 3rd week of running outdoor. No I know last week I said I ran 5 miles. Well, that's a LIE!! When I googled it said it would be 2.5 one way. W ell when I actually drove my car to the same area where I ran, it was only 1.5 each way. DAMN YOU GOOGLE!!!!! So it was actually only 3 miles. Isn't there something I can buy that will track how many miles I have ran besides using my car??
So it looks like each week I run I up my miles by 1 mile. The first week I ran I did 2 miles. The second week 3 miles and just yesterday I did 4 miles in 50 minutes. I think that's pretty good considering I did the Jeff Galloway method. So to answer George's question, yes you do see more running in my future. I'm actually considering doing my very first marathon, a 5k. I'm only running once a week, is that enough or should I do more a week??::
HAPPY SUPERBOWL TEAM MO!!

RUN RO RUN!!!
That is awesome!! I'm glad to hear you had a great run and you are definitely increasing your mileage at a great rate :) A pedometer is definitely the way to go... here's a basic watch pedometer that will track your steps/miles, etc: http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2271773

Options...
There are a few options, that I know of. There is the pedometer. How acurate that is, I am not sure when it is compared to running and walking.
They do have watches that have GPS in them that you can tell how far, and how fast, and the pace, plus many other extras. Expensive option, but it is out there.
If you aim at nothing, You will hit it every time !!
