Girl,
It is SOOO great to hear from you. And although you've been MIA, you are still in my thoughts. YES, I just made a quick visit to Seattle to train a client AND meet up with George and his sife, Terri FINALLY! It was such a blessing to finally meet people you've grown so close to - face to face. I am looking forward to meeting up with you Miss Ro and perhaps, I'll be in SoCal later this year. Thank you dropping a line and keeping us posted. LIFE happens and sometimes it throws us off track, especially when it comes to our fitness. Try to ease back into it, have patience and remember that the time you took off, sets you back a little so try not to be too hard on yourself if you aren't able to pick up from where you last left off :) Miss you girl and cannot wait to meet you!

Ro it was a pleasure reading your blog, so glad to have you back.  I know sometimes it is hard to balance work and home but remember you can make it !
Thia year for me has been quite hard my on and off again dieting the struggle is hard but Iam trying hard to hold on I  have all  the info I need. Please please do not give up and post more blogs ! we miss them
