::Hi everyone! Wow I have not posted a blog in awhile. Hope everyone is doing ok. Maria, CONGRATS on getting married! George, hope everything is going good with you and your wife. Gregory, looks like you have been working your ass off!! Keep it up. And Mo, hope things are good with you as well. I still haven't visited bay area yet. Things here have been crazy. But you know the minute I do visit I will let you know. As for me, just been back to working out full time. TRYING to stay positive::

Welcome back Ro we miss you bunches, Glad to know you are working and things are moving along well.
Terri is doing well and her foot is on the mend however she is not a fan of those boots. Ro can you do me a huge big favor (ok maybe not that big). Can you tell me when you did your first 5k ? And what you did to prepare ?
Mo gave me some good advice on how to train and also reminded me that I should take baby steps
Good to hear you are staying positive @ times it can be hard but in all areas of life we really do have to take it one day @ a time or as Mo says baby steps.
Love the new pic and Terri wants to know where you got those bunny ears (yikes!). She loves it !
