I found it appropriate to share these simple 3 words as a reminder to everyone.
 
In the past, I have been guilty of trying to please everyone. Wanting so much to make everyone happy and compromising my own joy. I worried alot about what others thought or said about me. And as a result of that,I've wasted time thinking about things I want to say, to do, become and accomplish.
Everything I am, is from the heart. Everything I do, is from the heart. 
 
At the end of the day, it comes down to only you. 
 
JUST DO YOU. :)

The Secret To Success ?

On February 26th, 2010 george says:

Iam not for sure but I do know the secert of failure, and that is trying to please everybody that was Bill Cosby answer when a reporter ask him what the secret to success was.
Mo your blog is powerful you cannot comprmise your happiness to please others  in in lifes journey you cannot bring everyone along with you bring those with you who inspire those who have your back and bring along the people who will hold your hand when times become tough
I think when people run other people down there is a deep hurt of that persons soul when one takes time to make sure you know about  the mistakes of other people it takes the spot lite off them
This why I love this website !!!! It is positive nothing negative !!. Mo you are one of a kind the lives you have change will impact the future of fitness and in some cases you have saved peoples lives, please continue to help others
People @ times will be mean they might post things or say things that do not have an ounce of truth You know who loves you ? TEAM MO !!
