Is It Ever To Late To Start Over ?

For this blog I must admit I did not do my homework but I would love for TEAM MO to chime in. We all know the benfits of weight loss and eating right and you cannot deny that excerise adds years to your life.
Ok here is the scene picture this if you will a person has just lost over 100 pounds and by eating right and working out after 35 years of junk food and no excerise here we have a person in the last 2 years has made a complete turn around
So does the body repair itself after years of abuse ? Is the body designed to repair itself after being use to years of abuse ? I have always heard it is never to late to start over however time is a valued asset that we must use wisely. Another strike is yo yo dieting. Remember  R&B singer  Luther Vandross ?
His struggle with weight caused him to gain 80 pounds lose 80 and gain it back in one year. This why I pose the question in my title is it ever to late ?  This why I love  GO TEAM MO we get knowledge stats excerise sound advice and even some good laughs. Also it might be better to start late then never start @ all
