Feeling down and disappointed in myself.....

First of all I hope everyone is doing well and keeping focus on their goals.
I hate to say it but I have been lagging on my fitness =/ Work is kicking my butt. At the end of my work day I have no desire or energy to workout. I already drive pretty far for work and driving to the gym is the last thing on my mind. So I recently froze my gym account.
But I would like to buy some kind of home gym but also don't want to spend a fortune on one. I recently saw a commercial on TV for TOWER200, and basically hooks up to any door. Looks simple enough. But it also looks like it's meant for hardcore person, so not sure if this equipment is something for me. Has anyone seen this and what's your opinion? Or can you guys recommend another type of home gym? Please help. I'm so disappointed in myself for letting myself go when I was so close to my results.

Just a little follw up hope that your doing a little better.
Just read your post again and and this came to my mind. Try and take one day @ a time that is one if the best things about tomorrow it gives you a chance to start over.
As far as the Tower 200 is concerned try and do your homework first ,maybe there is a trainer who might hae some insight for you
As I said in my first response you can do this

You Can Do This

Ro ! It so good to read your blog thanks so much for sharing your story. It takes courage  for us all to be honest with ourselves, there are times when the truth does hurt and asking for help is a sign for inner stength
I have two core excerise balls @ home also a treadmill two sets of weights I also have this excerise ball called the bean it really helps with my sit ups. Remeber all of those people you see in the infomercials are in perfect shape do not let this stop you from your fitness goals
I know what it is like to lose desire and even throw up your hands and say forget it !. How about this ? My challenge to you is go back and read some of your old bogs what was your state of mind then ? If you look @ it more closely you might find yourself saying "you know what ? I can do this ! Remember last year when you there was a period when you were looking for work ? I remember you wrote that you were still working out @ the gym and taking long walks if you can open that gym account back up
I remember when Terri and I met Mo I was so disappointed in myself for not keeping up my fitness goals even though our conversation did not have to do with health somehow it rebooted my mind and my way of thinking
Yes Thanksgiving is 2 weeks away but the time has come to focus to go forward you can do this Ro you really can and what is after Thanksgiving ? Uh let me see Christmas right ? you are going to make it !
One more thing Ro you know that saying, Pain is weakness leaving the body ? Well Terri and I saw a tee-shirt with that logo on it
