Back at it again...

After a month of not caring what I eat, (I ate clean for the most part) I am back at it again and going for an attempt to get on stage yet again.  Disappointed by not being able to compete at the last one, I have found an organization that will let me while taking the thyroid meds.
Just over 3 months and I am going to do it this time. I hope everyone else is keeping up with the training, and eating clean so those results will keep heading your way.
